On our Obersteinbach farm we have been growing apples for many decades. The numerous hours of sunshine in South Tyrol, the ideal amount of rainfall, and a favorable hillside location contribute to a successful harvest.
New additions in the recent years include our large vegetable and herb garden, our orchard, and – not to forget – our feathered ladies, who provide us with fresh eggs every day.
